RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At VYON, we take great pride in the quality of every product we create. Each order is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. If, however, something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We currently accept returns if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong product
- You receive the wrong sized to an error on our part.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size selected while placing the order.
- Color preference or change in personal preference.
- Minor variations in color or appearance caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography.
Exchanges
We gladly offer an exchange if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- You receive the wrong size due to an error on our part.
If the incorrect size was selected while placing the order, we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange.
Proof Required
To help us resolve your request quickly and fairly, we kindly ask that you record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video of your package from the moment you open the sealed parcel.
The unboxing video serves as proof if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Unfortunately, we may not be able to process return, refund, or exchange requests without an unboxing video.
Return Shipping
If your return or exchange request is approved because you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, VYON will cover the return shipping cost.
You won’t have to pay any return shipping charges in these cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the outcome of your request.
If your request is approved, you may choose one of the following:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit equal to the value of the returned product, which can be used toward any future purchase on VYON.
Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
If you choose store credit, it will be issued once your return has been approved and can be applied to a future order in accordance with our store policies.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you believe you’ve received a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or the wrong size due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

- The required unboxing video
- Photos of the product (if requested)
