At VYON, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please read the following Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, sale events, festivals, or other periods of high order volume.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and selected payment method.

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, it is generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that these delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and tracking details via Email and/or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout its journey.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, customer unavailability, or any other reason that results in the package being returned to VYON, we will gladly arrange a re-shipment.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for paying the applicable shipping charges for the new shipment.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or the wrong size due to our error, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
